Undergraduate Lab Assistant
Biography:
Cassandra is a second year pursuing her Biomedical Engineering Bachelors and fulfilling pre-med requirements. Raised in Georgia and the daughter of a surgeon, she was inspired to pursue this path at Tech. She is involved in Georgia Tech’s International Ambassadors (GTIA), and works in the administrative office for BME. In her own time, she enjoys painting, hiking, and music.
Research:
This is Cassandra’s third semester aiding Liz with drug testing, genipin, and a large focus on testing a variety of strains of mice in the iPerfusion system to find gene correlation with sclera stiffness.
