Biography: Liz received her PhD in biomedical engineering from the City College of New York in 2017. Her PhD work was focused on the development of a scaffold for fetal trachea replacement with mechanically matched mechanical properties.
Research: She is now evaluating ocular rigidity of BxD mouse eyes to associate genes for scleral stiffness.
Fun Fact: Liz enjoys kickboxing and swing dancing.
